Job Description

Gore Range Orthopedics, a proud distributor of Breg products, currently has a full-time opening for an Associate Sales Representative in Vail, CO.  If you are looking for a fast paced environment where you can make a difference every day, then this is the opportunity for you!

The Associate Sales Representative assists the sales representative in their assigned territory by maintaining established relationships.  S/he will provide exceptional service, support and expertise to customers.

Your day will be very busy… you will:

  • Educate patients and healthcare providers on the proper use of Breg products.
  • Measure, fit and troubleshoot Breg products including custom braces.
  • Provide inventory management services to customers, including ordering and returning product as needed. Provide delivery estimation dates and ongoing communication.
  • Prepare, gather and submit paperwork for insurance billing purposes ensuring accuracy and timeliness of receipt. Treats Protected Health Information (PHI) with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.
  • Suggest additional products to customers to augment their Breg usage or inform the sales representative of potential opportunities for additional product usage.
  • Prepare weekly reports on travel and service schedule.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college, continuing education, or applicable trade certificate preferred. Some applicable experience preferred, but not required. Applicable experience typically includes patient care, customer service, inventory, health insurance and billing or other related service oriented work. 
  • Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, Word and Excel capabilities. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, behave professionally in stressful situations, work independently and without supervision, establish rapport, follow instructions, and exercise professional judgment in all situations.
  • Candidate must be willing to travel and have own reliable transportation.
  • Candidate must be willing to work some weekends and occasional holidays
